Refund policy

Refund policy

Last Updated: 05 October 2026

At aaruuz.in, we want you to receive your order in good condition and as expected.

Because our mouse pads are printed and manufactured specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect ordering.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect or has another manufacturing/fulfilment issue, we will review the issue and work with our fulfilment partner to provide an appropriate resolution.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed for production after they are successfully placed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has entered production, been printed, packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is accepted before production begins, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing conditions.

2. Returns Are Generally Not Accepted

Aaruuz products are printed and fulfilled specifically for individual orders.

Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Colour preference
Design preference
Ordering the wrong product
Ordering the wrong quantity
Customer no longer wanting the product
Minor differences that do not constitute a manufacturing defect
Incorrect expectations regarding the appearance of a product based on different screen/device settings

We strongly recommend checking the product details, dimensions and product images before placing your order.

3. Eligible Issues

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if you receive a product that is:

Damaged during transit
Defective or unusable
Incorrectly printed
Significantly misprinted
Different from the product ordered
Missing from the order
Affected by a manufacturing or fulfilment error

Each case is reviewed individually.

4. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product

If your mouse pad arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, you may be required to provide:

Order number
Clear photographs of the product
Clear photographs of the packaging
Photographs showing the issue or defect
A continuous unboxing video, where available
A brief description of the issue

For transit-damage claims, please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Our fulfilment partner may require photographs, packaging evidence and an unboxing video when reviewing damaged, defective or misprinted product claims.

5. Unboxing Video

We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when opening your package.

The video should clearly show:

The unopened package.
The shipping label.
The condition of the package before opening.
The package being opened.
The product being removed.
The complete product and any visible damage or printing issue.

An unboxing video can help establish whether damage occurred during transit and may be required by our fulfilment partner when processing certain claims.

6. Wrong Product or Wrong Print

If you receive a product that does not match your order, or the product has a significant printing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photographs clearly showing:

The product received
The printed design
The shipping/packing label
The issue with the product

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

7. Replacement

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement product instead of accepting a physical return.

Replacement orders may be produced and shipped through our fulfilment partner.

The replacement product will generally correspond to the original product ordered.

A replacement may not be provided where the issue is caused by customer-provided information, incorrect ordering or normal product variation.

8. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

The amount and method of refund will depend on the circumstances of the case and the payment method used.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

Aaruuz is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers after a refund has been initiated.

9. Return Shipping

Where a physical return is specifically requested or required for an approved claim, we will provide appropriate instructions.

Do not send a product back to us without first contacting our customer support and receiving return instructions.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.

10. Refunds for Lost Shipments

If your shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the relevant shipping or fulfilment partner, we will coordinate with the fulfilment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the order may be reproduced and shipped again or an eligible refund may be processed.

11. Return to Origin (RTO)

An order may be returned to origin if delivery cannot be completed because of circumstances such as:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Incorrect PIN code
Customer unavailable
Customer not contactable
Customer refusing delivery
COD payment not being available
Premises being closed
Delivery location being unserviceable
Other courier-related reasons

An RTO caused by customer-provided incorrect information, refusal of delivery or customer unavailability does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If you want the order to be reshipped after an RTO, additional shipping or fulfilment charges may apply where applicable.

12. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should accept the shipment and pay the applicable amount at the time of delivery.

If a customer refuses a COD shipment or the order becomes RTO due to customer-related reasons, the order may not qualify for a refund.

Repeated COD refusal or failed deliveries may also affect the availability of COD for future orders.

13. Product Variations

Printed products may sometimes have minor variations in:

Colour
Print appearance
Brightness
Contrast
Alignment
Texture

These variations may occur because of differences between screens, printing processes, materials and production conditions.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product will generally not be considered a defect.

However, significant printing errors, incorrect designs or substantial manufacturing defects may qualify for a replacement or refund after review.

14. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.

Aaruuz is not responsible for issues caused by:

Incorrect shipping address
Incorrect PIN code
Incorrect phone number
Incorrect email address
Incorrect order selection
Customer-provided information or instructions

If an order has already entered production, changes may not be possible.

15. Items Damaged After Delivery

Aaruuz is generally not responsible for damage caused after successful delivery due to:

Improper use
Accidental damage
Cutting or modifying the product
Exposure to unsuitable conditions
Improper cleaning
Normal wear and tear
Any use outside the intended purpose of the product

Such cases may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

16. How to Request a Return, Replacement or Refund

To report an eligible issue, contact Aaruuz through the contact information provided on our website.

Please include:

Order Number:
Name:
Mobile Number/Email:
Issue:
Photographs/Videos:

Our team will review the information and, where necessary, coordinate with our fulfilment partner.

Please do not send the product back before receiving instructions from us.

17. Claim Review

All return, replacement and refund requests are subject to verification.

We may request additional information, photographs, videos or other evidence to determine whether the issue qualifies under this policy.

The final resolution may depend on the nature of the issue, available evidence and the fulfilment partner's investigation.

18. Processing Time

Once an eligible claim has been approved:

Replacement production will begin after approval and may take the applicable production time.
Refunds will be initiated through the applicable payment method.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway or bank.

We will communicate relevant information about the resolution where applicable.

19. Policy for Custom or Personalised Products

If a product contains a customer-selected or customer-provided design, image, text or other personalised information, the order is considered specifically produced for that customer.

Such products cannot generally be returned simply because the customer changes their mind or does not like the selected design.

Claims relating to manufacturing defects, significant printing errors, damage or fulfilment mistakes will still be reviewed according to this policy.

20. Policy Changes

Aaruuz may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, fulfilment process, payment methods, return procedures or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

21. Contact Us

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Important Note

Aaruuz products are printed and fulfilled through a third-party fulfilment partner. Therefore, certain claims may need to be reviewed and processed in coordination with our fulfilment and shipping partners.

The availability of a replacement or refund is determined after reviewing the specific circumstances of the order and the applicable evidence.

By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Aaruuz

Aaruuz is an online store offering custom printed and design-based products, currently including mouse pads and related desk accessories.

Products may be manufactured, printed, packed and fulfilled through third-party production and fulfilment partners.

For orders placed through Aaruuz, Qikink may be used as our third-party print-on-demand and fulfilment partner.

2. Eligibility

By using aaruuz.in or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
You will use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
You will not use the website to engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur due to:

Screen and device settings
Lighting conditions
Printing processes
Material characteristics
Production conditions
Differences between digital artwork and physical printing

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information at any time.

4. Custom and Personalised Products

Some Aaruuz products may be customised or printed according to customer-selected or customer-provided artwork.

By submitting a design, image, text, logo or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions or licences to use that content.

You must not submit content that:

Infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
Violates applicable laws.
Contains unlawful or fraudulent material.
Infringes another person's privacy or other rights.
Contains content that we reasonably believe should not be produced.

Aaruuz reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order containing content that may create legal, intellectual-property or other legitimate concerns.

5. Customer-Provided Designs

You remain responsible for the content you upload or provide to us.

Aaruuz does not claim ownership of your original artwork merely because you submit it for production.

However, by submitting artwork for an order, you grant Aaruuz and our fulfilment partners a limited permission to use, reproduce and process the artwork only as reasonably necessary to manufacture, fulfil and deliver your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content belonging to Aaruuz, including but not limited to:

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our proprietary website content without prior written permission.

Product artwork supplied by third parties may remain the property of its respective rights holder.

7. Placing an Order

When you place an order on aaruuz.in, you are making a request to purchase the selected product.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided during checkout.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has entered production.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including:

Product availability issues
Pricing or listing errors
Payment issues
Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
Incorrect customer information
Unserviceable delivery location
Invalid or prohibited content
Operational or fulfilment limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

8. Pricing

Product prices displayed on aaruuz.in are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.

If an obvious pricing or technical error results in an incorrect product price, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been made.

9. Payments

We may offer multiple payment methods, including online/prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

10. Prepaid Discount

Aaruuz may offer promotional discounts for prepaid or online payments.

Where applicable, a ₹20 prepaid discount may be applied to eligible orders at checkout.

Promotional discounts may be subject to conditions and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

Only one promotional offer may be applicable to an order unless otherwise stated.

11. Cash on Delivery

COD may be available for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes.

A COD fee of ₹50 may apply to eligible Cash on Delivery orders and will be displayed during checkout.

The ₹50 COD fee is non-refundable, including in cases where the customer refuses delivery or the order is returned to origin (RTO), subject to applicable law.

COD availability may depend on delivery location, courier serviceability and other operational factors.

Repeated COD refusals, failed deliveries or RTO orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Aaruuz offers shipping across serviceable locations in India.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, after which delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer because of:

Courier delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
High order volumes
Remote locations
Incorrect address information
PIN code serviceability
Operational issues
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

For complete information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

13. Free Shipping

Aaruuz currently offers free shipping on eligible orders, subject to the shipping terms displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Shipping offers may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

14. Returns and Refunds

Because many Aaruuz products are custom printed or produced specifically for an order, we generally do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect product selection
Incorrect quantity
Customer no longer wanting the product
Minor colour or appearance differences

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, significantly misprinted or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Eligible issues should generally be reported within 7 days of delivery with appropriate evidence.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

15. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, you should contact us as soon as possible.

We may request:

Order number
Photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging
Photographs clearly showing the issue
Unboxing video
Other information reasonably required to investigate the claim

Where required, the claim may be reviewed in coordination with our fulfilment partner.

16. Order Cancellation

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, printing, packing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

17. Delivery Failure and RTO

Orders may be returned to origin (RTO) when delivery cannot be completed.

Reasons may include:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Incorrect PIN code
Customer unavailable
Customer not contactable
Customer refusing delivery
COD payment not available
Premises being closed
Other courier-related reasons

An RTO caused by customer-related circumstances does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Additional charges may apply if a customer requests reshipping after an RTO.

18. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Introduce malicious code or harmful software.
Interfere with website functionality.
Attempt to collect information belonging to other users.

Shipping policy

Shipping policy

Last Updated: 05 October 2026

At aaruuz.in, we aim to make sure your order reaches you safely and within the expected delivery timeframe.

All orders placed on Aaruuz are processed and fulfilled through our third-party print and fulfilment partner, Qikink, and delivered through available courier and logistics partners.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Where We Ship

Currently, Aaruuz ships mouse pad orders across India, subject to courier and PIN code serviceability.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination PIN code and the courier services available in that area.

If a particular PIN code is not serviceable through the standard courier network, an alternative shipping service may be used where available.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent for processing and fulfilment.

Orders are generally processed for shipping within 2–3 business days.

Processing time may be longer during:

Product launches
Sales and promotional periods
Public holidays
High order volumes
Unexpected operational circumstances

The processing period is separate from the delivery time.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping partner, delivery generally takes approximately:

2–5 business days

The actual delivery time may vary depending on:

Delivery PIN code
Courier availability
Shipping method
Weather conditions
Local restrictions
Public holidays
Operational or logistical delays

The estimated delivery timeframe is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Qikink currently states that standard delivery generally takes around 2–5 days depending on the shipping method and destination PIN code.

4. Shipping Partners

Aaruuz orders may be delivered through courier and logistics partners selected by our fulfilment partner.

The courier assigned to an order may vary depending on the destination, serviceability, shipping mode and operational availability.

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number through the contact details provided during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication channels.

You can use the tracking information to check the current status of your shipment.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before marking a shipment as undelivered or Return to Origin (RTO).

To avoid delivery issues, please make sure that your:

Name is correct
Mobile number is active
Complete shipping address is provided
PIN code is correct
Customer is available to receive the package

If the courier is unable to deliver the order because of an incorrect/incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery or other delivery-related circumstances, the shipment may be returned to the fulfilment facility.

Qikink lists reasons for RTO/undelivered shipments including incorrect or incomplete addresses, customer not being contactable, customer refusal, COD amount not being ready, premises being closed and certain other delivery circumstances.

7. Return to Origin (RTO)

An order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) if it cannot be successfully delivered to the customer.

Common reasons include:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Incorrect PIN code
Customer unavailable
Customer not contactable
Customer refusing delivery
COD payment not being ready
Delivery location being unserviceable
Door/premises being closed
Customer requesting future delivery
Other courier-related delivery issues

Once an order enters the RTO process, it may be returned to our fulfilment partner.

RTO shipments are handled according to the fulfilment partner's operational process.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Aaruuz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect address
Incomplete address
Incorrect PIN code
Incorrect mobile number
Incorrect recipient information

If an order is returned because incorrect information was provided, additional shipping or reshipping charges may apply where applicable.

9. Delayed Shipments

Although we work with our fulfilment and logistics partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur.

Delays may be caused by:

Courier network issues
Weather conditions
Natural events
Public holidays
High shipping volumes
Regional restrictions
Incorrect address information
PIN code serviceability issues
Operational or technical problems

A delivery delay does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number so that we can check the shipment status.

10. Remote and Unserviceable PIN Codes

Some PIN codes may have limited courier coverage.

If a standard courier is unable to deliver to a particular PIN code, an alternative delivery service may be used where available.

For certain locations, delivery may take longer than the standard estimated timeframe.

Qikink states that India Post may be used where other courier partners do not service a customer's PIN code, with delivery timelines that can vary significantly by location.

11. Damaged Package at Delivery

Please carefully inspect the outer packaging when your order arrives.

If the package appears significantly damaged, please:

Take photographs of the package before opening it.
Record an unboxing video.
Keep the original packaging.
Contact Aaruuz customer support as soon as possible.

For damaged, defective or misprinted products, supporting photographs and an unboxing video may be required to process a replacement or other resolution through our fulfilment partner.

Qikink currently requires damage/defect claims to be raised within 7 days of delivery and may require photographs, original packaging and an unboxing video.

12. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the shipping partner, we will coordinate with our fulfilment partner and courier service to determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the order may be reproduced and reshipped or another applicable resolution may be provided.

Qikink states that for products confirmed as lost in transit, a refund may be issued after the shipment status confirms the loss.

13. Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes may not be possible once the order has entered production, been packed or handed over to the shipping partner.

If the shipment has already been dispatched, the address may not be changeable.

14. Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders separately, they may be processed and shipped separately.

Therefore, two orders placed around the same time may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.

15. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where COD is available at checkout, the order will be shipped through the available COD-enabled courier service.

Please ensure that the correct mobile number, address and PIN code are provided and that someone is available to receive the order and make the required payment.

A COD fee of ₹50 applies to eligible Cash on Delivery orders. The ₹50 COD fee is non-refundable, including where the customer refuses delivery or the order is returned to origin (RTO), subject to applicable law.

COD availability depends on destination PIN code and courier serviceability.

16. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping charges may vary depending on factors such as:

Delivery location
Product/package weight
Shipping method
Courier availability
COD selection
Other applicable fulfilment requirements

Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be communicated at checkout.

17. No Guaranteed Delivery Date

The delivery dates or timeframes shown on the website are estimates only.

Aaruuz does not guarantee delivery on a specific date because the final delivery is handled by third-party courier and logistics partners.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

18. Contact Us About Your Shipment

If you have questions about your order or shipment, please contact us through:

Website: aaruuz.in

When contacting us about an order, please provide:

19. Changes to This Shipping Policy

Aaruuz may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our fulfilment process, shipping partners, delivery services or applicable requirements.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
